ARTS AWARDS
Two honored at Art for Meridian February 20. Margaret Dulaney (posthumously) and Cecil Crowe. The auction spotlighted local artists and others to raise funds for MCA programs. Art for Meridian 2011 will be February 5, so mark your calendars.

The brainchild of William Myles, Young People of Praise (YPOP) has become an arts outlet for youth who might not otherwise be exposed to the wide variety of cultural experiences available in their community and beyond.

The annual Threefoot Art Festival is a fine arts show featuring artists from across the Southeast. The Festival, a day-long juried art show, features hands-on children’s workshops, entertainment, food and the famous Threefoot Bloody Marys. Kids from K-12 can enter the Threefoot Art & Photography Contest for prizes!
